How to Fill Paint Balloons

There are a lot of steps in making the paint balloon launcher work. One solution we had to come up with was how to fill the water balloons with paint. Paint is a lot thicker than water so it's a bit more challenging.

We did some research and found that by watering down paint, or using tempera paint, you can fill a plastic water bottle and then use a nozzle top to squeeze the paint into the balloon.
